Dining Facility Reservation

*Preauthorization required for all non-Department of Defense members
*Reservation can be cancelled at anytime due to DV priorities

Reservations are submitted in accordance with the following timelines:

  • Reservations requiring ABG/CC authorization (7 days)
  • Reservations not requiring preauthorization (3 days)

Date of Request

PREFERRED SEATING ARRANGEMENTS (No Table Cloths Allowed): You are responsible for setup/tear down of your event. No extra tables or chairs permitted. Please ensure tables and chairs are put back the way they were. *Per AFMAN 34-240 catered events are NOT authorized

Be advised that the following is prohibited at the dining hall:

  • Bare feet or flip flops
    1. Clothing with obscene, profane, or lewd words or drawings, or which reflects support for unlawful, illegal, unconstitutional, or subversive ideas/practices
  • Any sleeveless shirt or top
  1. Clothing designed for use as underwear worn as an outer garment (black and brown BDU undershirts are permitted provided they are clean and sanitary).
  2. Wear of spandex or brief shorts such as running shorts.
  3. Any clothing, which in the opinion of the management would create an unsanitary or embarrassing situation for customers and employees of the facility, including unsanitary grooming standard.

Headgear (except for Creech security personnel or other personnel bearing arms) regardless of whether it is military or civilian headgear.
